Hi Ciaran to be honest with you, with the lawn being relatively small I would advise you to kill off the existing weeds and grass, rotovate, level and then relay your new lawn with roll out turf, if we were to do this for you it would all be completed in one day after the original growth had died completely, if you want a quote for this just drop us an email anytime.
